Your licensed massage therapist is Carla Gangone'.  I received my FL state license in 1998 after studying massage therapy in St Augustine, FL.  I've been in practice since 1998 working in the spa, resort and medical settings.  My training in massage therapy is ongoing as massage therapists must renew our license every two years with continuing education classes.

My favorite type of style is a style known as "fusion" which integrates swedish, neuromuscular, trigger point, passive/active stretching and breath techniques to help your body rest, recover and realign.  I have an rich background in yoga, tai chi and qi qong (breath techniques) that I love to share with you to support your wellness.

I've been playing pickleball for  a few years now after playing tennis.  I grew up as a swimmer and love the beach and outdoors.  I share my life with my husband, dog and cat.
